Dead Pixel Buddy is a program that lets you detect dead pixels on monitors and LCD screens.
An LCD screen is made of pixels. These pixels may somehow not show colours properly, be it because the pixel is either too bright or too dark. These pixels are called dead or defective pixels.
Using Dead Pixel Buddy you’ll be able to know exactly how many defective pixels exist in your LCD screen. Running this program is really simple. All you have to do is choose a colour and that colour will be shown in full screen, this way you’ll be able to check if there’s a pixel with more or less colour than normal.
Dead Pixel Buddy is a program that’s easy to handle, that takes little space in your hard drive and that doesn’t require being installed.
