The Plot Unfolds
Offshoots & Extras?
Revel in side quests based on familiar spin-offs like Code Geass: Akito the Exiled and Code Geass: Oz of Reflection. It's an engaging addition for both newbie recruits and devoted fans if you ask me. Oh, by the way, you can swap between male and female characters any time you feel like it! Cool twist, right?
Shortly put, this game is made beautifully with Live2D cutscenes painting a rich tapestry that will pull at every die-hard fan's heartstrings.
Roll Call!
Our celluloid heroes have stepped into this world, too ─ all voiced by their original Japanese voice actors, no less!
From Jun Fukuyama’s iconic portrayal of Lelouch Lamperouge to Ayaka Oohashi's feisty Heroine, the crew will give your ears a roundhouse kick straight back to Area 11.
Plot twist alert: each of their dialogues is given subtitles for us International folks. Yay for inclusivity!
Pros & Cons - Let's Get Real
While it possesses a beautifully rendered narrative, stunning visuals, and tactical gameplay, the game isn’t bereft of blots on its otherwise fantastic record. A fair share of users have reported crashes, unexpected errors, and sign-up issues related to CAPTCHA visibility. A tad irritating, wouldn’t you agree? Some players were left hanging at moments with non-appearing subtitles leading to cheese-piece-themed screens (Yeah… I don't get it either). Not exactly handy.
User reviews point out the combat balance needing some tweaks but acknowledge that, indeed, it is a good game with good graphics and story. Most importantly, learned sages have pointed out a self-inflicted wound — separating premium currency into free and paid sections. That's like breaking your fan base in half!
The shining light amongst these gray spells is the positive feedback towards tactical turn-based RPG format, making users look forward to MORE content! Whoop! The community also requests universal access by combining servers or adding a European server since it is touted as a global release.
Oh, by the way, the vague opening time has left people wondering about when they are allowed to ‘open’ the game!
So strap yourselves, Code Geass enthusiasts! Whether you're a seasoned Knightmare pilot or just wandering into Area 11 for the first time, be prepared for Code Geass: Lost Stories, an immersive journey filled with twists and turns, keeping both your wits & strategic skills sharp while draped with iconic characters who'll make you feel right at home! However, do brace yourself for some hiccups along this ride due to a few technical creases that hopefully will iron out in future updates.
For now. ..Take heart. Remember, this Rebellion resides in YOUR hands
