It is portable, so you don't need to go through the installation process to take advantage of it. If you have to work with several computers throughout the day or week, this will mean that you will save an enormous amount of time that you will undoubtedly be able to use for other tasks.

On the other hand, we also wanted to mention that DesktopOK has an option that allows you to translate it into many languages. However, as you can see in some screenshots, the translation contains serious errors. It is not that we directly recommend not translating the program because, in some cases, it can help you, but do not expect that everything is translated, nor that everything translated is perfect.

The best

Although DesktopOK has several aspects that we could say we liked a lot, probably the most differential concerning similar software is the possibility of generating several user profiles with their characteristics and being able to run it from an external storage device, as it is portable.

The worst

DesktopOK has some weaknesses or deficiencies that we cannot fail to mention, such as the fact that the translation is so poorly done to the point that it hardly helps those that don't understand English. To that, we must add that its operation, mainly because of a somewhat obsolete design, is more complicated than similar tools.

DesktopOK is not a bad program to store information about how our Desktop is configured, although we believe there are better alternatives in this field, at least for novice users. We recommend downloading it if you have already tried your luck with similar services or if you share your computer and the ability to create multiple user profiles is indispensable.
