To “sign” the document, the only thing we need to do is to select the signature we want, and we will see a rectangle that can be placed in any part of the document where we want to put the signature. Double-clicking with mouse left button, the signature will be placed in the PDF document.

Foxit Reader in addition to read documents, comes with powerful tools to create PDF files.
We can create PDF files from any application that can print documents. In order to do this, the program installs a virtual printer that generates the PDF files. So we should simply click on the print button in any program, and we will be able to select Foxit Reader virtual printer, which will save a PDF file in the specified location.
Is it possible to create PDF documents from scratch. We can create a blank PDF file and use the editing tools to add text, images, videos, links, etc. We can choose the font type, text format (bold, italic, underline, etc.), add color to the text, aligning paragraphs, etc. Thanks to that, we can create a PDF document as if we were using an advanced text editor.
If we prefer, we can create PDF files from other documents that already exist. The document formats supported are: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, .txt, and any image format (jpg, png, gif, etc.).
We can also create a new PDF document from the data stored in the clipboard, or we can use the option “scan document”, to create a PDF using the scanner.
The program is updated quite often and incorporate new features, so it is recommended to enable the option “auto-update”, to receive the updates automatically.
