Thanks to this platform, it will be possible to connect to dozens of social apps such as Messenger, Telegram, Skype, Hangouts, Google Calendar, Discord, LinkedIn, Trello, Outlook, Google Inbox, or Google Keep. And to these, we must add other famous workers, such as Pushbullet, Pocket, Discord, and a long etcetera, since it is impossible to mention them all.

For the rest, the operation of Franz is similar to that of a web browser since we have to configure each of our profiles or social accounts, generating different tabs from which you can access their web versions. In a way, this is an advantage because we do not have to fight with the APIs, which usually happen to generate adaptation problems. On the other hand, it may not be a very liquid solution on older computers.

Of course, the difference between this service and a regular browser is that all services are kept in separate tabs that do not communicate with each other, which means that our chats will remain private, away from prying eyes.

The worst thing

Although the positive features are apparent, we cannot lose sight of the fact that the same is true of its shortcomings or limitations. On the one hand, its high RAM consumption on older computers can be a problem. On the other hand, some customization options that could be useful are indeed missing. Finally, although it may not be a priority for many, Hangouts does not work 100% within this program.
