What is this program for? To save time, once you get used to using it, you will no longer be looking for the icons of your applications on the desktop or in the Start menu until you find them. What did we think of Launchy? A little helper that, there is no reason for us not to have it installed on our computer. It hardly consumes any resources and takes up any space, yet it is a powerful launcher for all kinds of applications and documents we may have installed on our computers. If we add to the fact that it is free, we can't help but recommend that you give it a try, especially if your desktop is a mess.

On the other hand, given the repeated comments from some users indicating that the installation of this program slowed down their computers, we must emphasize that we have not experienced any lag or problem of this type in our tests. We do not know if the developers have made it much more efficient or if it was a problem of specific users in particular, but we have not noticed our PC being slower in any way.

One last detail, which might be of interest to some users, is that this program is available for download and installation, also on Mac and operating systems Linux.
