You can quickly remove vocals from any audio file using this app. All of the models in this package have received training from the developers, with the exception of Demucs versions 3 and 4 ( stem models ).

Installation Procedure

Let's first talk about installation before moving on to everything UVR has to offer. No prerequisites are needed for this application to function properly; it is included with Python, PyTorch, and other dependencies. However, it only supports Windows 10 and higher. We don't want instability to result from installing on older systems like Windows 7 or those with Intel Pentium and Celeron CPUs!

If you don't install UVR exclusively on your main C: drive, you run the risk of experiencing problems like instability.

Compatibility

A GPU conversion is also necessary for file conversion; the bare minimum is an Nvidia RTX 1060 ( 6GB ). Nvidia GPUs with at least 8 GB of V-RAM are what we advise. Sorry, but there isn't yet any support for AMD Radeon GPU systems.

Please be aware that it can only be used with 64-bit platforms, so make sure to double-check.

Other Important Notes

When handling non-wav audio files, this application heavily relies on the Rubber Band library as well as FFmpeg for Time-Stretch and Pitch-Shift purposes.

Don't worry about repetition because this app has a setting-saving feature that automatically remembers settings when closed. Conversion times, however, are largely hardware-dependent. Remember that the models being used are computationally demanding.
